Dr. Harsimran Hayer

Dr. Simran Hayer graduated with honours from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in 2025, where she was actively involved as a member of the Sports Council and Palmer Centre for Business Development. Growing up in British Columbia, she developed a deep appreciation for active, healthy living through her involvement in sports and the outdoors – inspiring her to pursue a career where she could help others improve their quality of life through movement- based care.

She is passionate about treating patients from all walks of life, with a particular focus on sports injuries, functional movement, and patient education. Her training includes a variety of evidence-based techniques such as spine and extremity joint manipulation, active release techniques, myofascial decompression, and instrument-assisted soft tissue manipulation to support optimal mobility and recovery.

Dr Hayer is a member of the International Federation of Sports Chiropractic (FICS) and is currently pursuing her International Certificate in Sports Chiropractic (ICSC) to further specialize in the care of athletes and active individuals. She believes in working closely with each patient to create personalized treatment plans, while collaborating with other healthcare professionals to address the full spectrum of her patients’ needs and support long-term wellness. Outside of the clinic she enjoys running, exploring local cafes, and spending quality time with family.
