No, you do not need a doctor’s referral, or a doctor’s note to receive physiotherapy, chiropractic or massage therapy treatment in BC after an accident.
Will I need to pay for treatment after a Motor Vehicle Accident?
At any one our clinics, your treatment is fully covered, fully free, and we charge no user fee. You won’t need to pay a deductible, or any other out of pocket expenses. Often many clinics charge the patient for a user fee, but we promise to never won’t ever do this.
How soon do I need to make a claim?
Patients have up to 12 weeks to make a claim with ICBC regarding a Motor Vehicle Accident.
What do I need to start receiving treatment at your clinic?
All you need is your Claim Number and your Personal Health Number
