Janah is a graduate from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT). During his time at VCMT he has treated a variety of patients with varying ailments such as muscle tears, tendonitis, and autoimmune diseases. He has helped patients with pain relief, relaxation as well as helping improve their quality of life with various manual therapy techniques such as but not limited to the following:

Relaxation Deep tissue Myofascial release Tapotement techniques PNF Stretching Neuromuscular techniques

Janah has also been an athlete his whole life, playing basketball all throughout high school as well as currently. He has worked with many athletes and teammates to help them with minor injuries. Janah is very knowledgeable in fitness due to having over 5 years of experience in sports and fitness. He is very passionate about helping his clients feel better as well as understand themselves to promote a better lifestyle. He also enjoy hiking, weightlifting, snowboarding and spending quality time with friends and family.
