Richard graduated from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT) and Douglas College with a diploma in Kinesiology; he uses a range of techniques, including Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and joint mobilizations. Through his education, he had many outreach, working with a wide range of clients. His treatments are personalized, empathetic, and rooted in a genuine desire to support others on their wellness journey.

Richard was inspired to pursue massage therapy after witnessing the profound impact it had on those around him—helping them recover from injury, manage stress, and reconnect with their bodies. With a strong belief in the body’s ability to heal, he is dedicated to being a supportive part of each client’s health and wellness journey.
Outside of the clinic, Richard enjoys golfing, staying active in the gym, playing board games, and spending quality time with his friends and family. He believes that balance and connection are essential not just in wellness, but in life.
