WorkSafeBc Coverage Overview
After a workplace injury, Work Safe BC (WCB) allows patients to start treatment with a physiotherapist who is contracted by WCB. Often physiotherapy, chiropractic, and/or a kinesiologist treatment may be approved to help with recovery and injury symptoms at NO COST and completely free in our clinics

Do I need a doctor’s note or a doctor’s referral for physiotherapy, chiropractic or massage therapy?
No, you do not need a doctor’s referral, or a doctor’s note to receive physiotherapy, chiropractic or massage therapy treatment in BC after a workplace injury or accident.
Will I need to pay for treatment after a workplace injury?
At any one our clinics, your treatment is fully covered, fully free, and we charge no user fee. You won’t need to pay a deductible, or any other out of pocket expenses. Often many clinics charge the patient for a user fee, but we promise to never won’t ever do this.
How do I start treatment?
To start a claim, you must first register your claim with WorkSafe BC, and receive a Claim Number
How soon do I need to make a claim?
