Meet Yara, a dedicated and compassionate physiotherapist committed to helping you move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free.
Yara holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology and a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Saskatchewan. She has developed a strong clinical expertise in assessing and treating neuromusculoskeletal with particular experience in low back pain and sports injuries, as well as supporting women’s health through pelvic floor physiotherapy.
She utilizes a variety of treatment techniques, including active exercises, manual therapy, soft tissue release, and therapeutic modalities. Taking a personalized approach to each patient, Yara tailors every session to meet individual needs and goals. Her primary focus is not only on relieving pain but also on empowering patients with the knowledge and tools to take control of their health.
Yara’s passion for fitness and wellness began early, as she participated in sports like soccer and volleyball. This diverse athletic background has provided her with a unique perspective and understanding of sports-related injuries and rehabilitation. In her spare time, Yara enjoys hiking, weightlifting, cooking, reading, and playing sports—activities that reflect her advocacy for an active and balanced lifestyle.
